REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Pre-order items require a production and fulfillment period of approximately 4–6 weeks. Orders are not eligible for refunds while within this stated production timeframe.
Refunds will only be considered if an order exceeds the maximum stated fulfillment period.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages once an order has been shipped. Any shipping issues must be resolved directly with the carrier associated with the provided tracking number, as referenced in our Terms of Service.
Ordering an incorrect size does not guarantee a refund or exchange. Any approved return or exchange, if applicable, will be at the customer’s expense. Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing information prior to purchase.
