2. PRE-ORDERS & PRODUCTION

All products sold on this website are pre-order items, unless otherwise stated.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Items are not in stock at the time of purchase

  • Production and fulfillment may take up to 6 weeks (42 days)

  • Shipping transit time begins after production is complete

Production timelines are estimates and may be affected by manufacturing, supply chain, or logistical delays.


3. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to change prices, modify products, or discontinue items at any time without prior notice.


4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times vary based on:

  • Customer location

  • Shipping method selected at checkout

  • Carrier performance

Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, Lure’d is not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged packages. Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the carrier.


5. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of pre-order production, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or delivery delays caused by the carrier do not qualify for a refund.

Refunds will only be considered if an order exceeds the stated production timeline and no resolution is provided after contacting support. All refund decisions are made at our sole discretion.


6. PRODUCT INFORMATION & SIZING

We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and sizing information. However, minor variations in color, fabric, fit, or appearance may occur due to manufacturing processes and screen differences.

Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing guides prior to purchase.


7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
